  • Doors confirmed complete - no additional work needed
  • Floor level checked in bedroom - verified good
  • All windows confirmed locked
  • Interior cracks will be repaired after power is on
  • Electric panel access to be finished by GC
  • Entry step confirmed code compliant; pricing additional step and railing
  • Downspouts not extended by contractor - homeowner to provide extenders
  • All materials and cleanup to be done before final walkthrough
  • Waiting for PG&E to schedule power connection
